Even though the reasons to pursue leading with intuition are obvious, the path to doing it is anything but.
Perhaps in your most inspired moments, you made the commitment to get started.
You downloaded podcasts, wrote up pages of ideas in journals, added a few leadership books to your Amazon cart, and wrote a recurring "DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICE" event into your Google Calendar in some attempt to get yourself to stick to the plan.

But even with the best intentions, most would-be intuitive leaders end up abandoning the work, allowing overwhelm and that lone-wolf feeling to creep in.
WHY?
Without a super-clear, step-by-step plan and community to lean on, most people with all the potential in the world to lead with intuition become get completely lost in how much there is to do.
They fall victim to the beliefs that it's just too hard, they're just not worth it, and that they'll never be able to be THAT type of person — the type of person who uses intuition to live their life and to guide and lead others.
Intuitive leaders pull down information from the ethers and alchemize it into a living, breathing thing. We need more of them in this day and age. In fact, we need as many as possible.
And in 2020, we know we can look beyond oppressive traditional patriarchal systems like academia (and tech! and capitalism!) for the answers we need to grow and expand. And anyone who's willing to show up and do the work will benefit.
Which means that it's the best time ever to cross the threshold and step into leading with intuition.
Leading with intuition should be natural. Living in a society that values profit over all things — people, planet, potential — makes it unusually difficult. And if you try to go it alone ... it makes it infinitely more challenging.

I'm the founder of Holisticism, and the creator of The North Node.
As a former content, growth, and branding strategist in the tech sector, I worked with dozens of companies to scale their audiences and reach profitability.
Now, I use the tactical skills I learned in tech and marry them with my intuitive, mysticism-focused perspective to help visionaries in the well-being space change the world.
The idea for The North Node came to me after I started to see a pattern...
After teaching brilliant, naturally intuitive business owners and founders my strategies for growing their audiences, making profitable content, and weaving mysticism through their work, I had TONS of requests for 1:1 coaching and ongoing support...
And while I think coaching and expert guidance is one of the best things you can invest in (seriously, shout out to my therapist Adele, she's a real one), I remembered that when I first started my business I needed mentorship and a community of people who were in the same position as me.
Basically, it takes a village to raise a visionary (ahem, you!). And we rarely get the support we need from every angle.
And when we don't get the help we need from mentors, teachers, and our contemporaries? It feels really lonely and confusing.
When you spend all your time questioning, "Am I doing this right?" you waste a LOT of valuable time and energy — and when you're running your own thing, there's no extra time and energy to give.
So I asked myself the question:
